A booking-first website for an Australian cleaning company, built so a quote request takes under a minute.
The story
Elite Shining Cleaning serve Newcastle and the Hunter Region across a 50 km radius. Their whole business runs on quote requests, so the site had one job: turn a visitor into an enquiry before they lose interest.
The quote form sits in the hero rather than on a separate page — suburb, service, property size and preferred date, all above the fold. Behind it, eight service pages cover everything from regular house cleaning and end-of-lease bond cleans to NDIS support, school cleaning and laundry.
The rest of the page answers the questions that stop people booking: insurance, police-checked staff, eco-friendly products, flat-rate pricing and the bond-back guarantee. Built and deployed as a Node.js app, live at eliteshiningcleaning.com.
