ITC Division Design Mentorship
Training the next intake of graphic designers under a government skills initiative.
The story
The ITC Division programme is a government initiative training young designers for real work, not just software menus.
I taught the full path from typography and layout fundamentals through to client-ready deliverables, and mentored more than thirty students through their portfolio pieces.
Many have gone on to strong results in their own careers. I resigned after six months when a new opportunity took me outside Dhaka — still the work I am proudest of.
